Boxing Basics
Monday thru Friday

Join us for boxing basics and learn the art of boxing. Boxing techniques build a strong body and mind from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced, amateur to professional.
Woman’s Boxing
For women only! Gather your friends and head down to a women’s only class. No judgment, just a upbeat faced paced workout to get you the results your looking for fast! No need to spends hours at the gym, burn hundreds of calories in just one hour!
One–On–One Sessions
By Appointment Only
A customized, detailed workout plan with your goals in mind. We offer these classes in 1/2 and 1 hour sessions to fit your busy schedule and budget.
Kids Classes

4:30pm 5:30pm
Join us for kids classes. Ages 7 and up for all skill levels. This class is designed to teach respect, discipline and self defense while building self esteem In A safe and fun environment.
Conditioning Class
Various Days
Conditioning class uses plyometrics to build strength, speed, and power. No boxing in this class.
Group Sessions
Grab your friends! This class is for 5 or more people. This semi-private class is a fun outing for you and your friends. Forget the bar, burn a ton of calories while laughing with your closest pals. Make it a weekly night out your body will thank you. By appointment only.
